Contraband Cigarette Awareness Month

Throughout September the campaign features information to illustrate that buying or selling contraband tobacco is not a victimless crime. In fact, the purchase of illegal cigarettes helps fund organized crime and street gangs, while also fueling the availability of illegal firearms and drugs in our communities.
